Chris Taylor

Chris graduated from the Auckland Medical School and completed his Orthopaedic training in 1994. He then completed his fellowship in United States, Scotland and Australia specialising in Hand, Wrist and Peripheral Nerve Surgery.

Chris is very experienced in treatment of problems of the hand and wrist - carpal tunnel, dupuytrens disease, trigger finger, foreign body and cyst removal, fractures of the fingers, hand and wrist as well as rheumatoid hand and wrist problems and peripheral nerve injuries.

As well as a commitment to hand and wrist surgery at Middlemore Hospital he has a large role to play in training of junior doctors and nurses.
